Agape Garden Greens Continue to Grow in Snow

It has already snowed several times here at Agape, yet the garden continues to offer fresh greens for salads. As we moved through the third week of Advent, picking and eating fresh greens was a source of joy. Imagine picking the collard greens pictured, walking inside, and adding them to a salad. Or maybe in your imagination you decided to saute them with some leeks for a side dish. While the experience of eating garden fresh produce is a gift any time, there’s something special about eating greens picked after a snowfall!
